Full renovation of a five-storey Victorian property within a conservation area. Extensive steelwork used to create open plan apartments. Planning approval for multiple extensions, adding over 300sqft of GIA, together with a large rear roof terrace.
Charleville Road
West London
Completed: 2018
Contract value: £700k
Victorian mid-terrace within a conservation area. Retained facade with full demolition of building and roof behind. Creation of five large open-plan apartments with high spec AV and fittings. Planning permission secured for over 200 sqft of additional GIA.
